There may be a couple of reasons why we are not able to find your Virgin Pulse Profile
- The First Name, Last Name, and/or Date of Birth is different to what Virgin Pulse has provided us. Please ensure you enter your names as Virgin Pulse may have provided them to us. This might include, for example, using your full length name, instead of a shortened version.
- You are including extra white spaces in some of the fields. Please double check this and delete any extra white spaces that are being included.
- You are not eligible to access Unmind through Virgin Pulse. It may be the case that Unmind is not part of your benefits package through Virgin Pulse, and are therefore ineligible to access it. If you think there is an error here, please get in touch with your Virgin Pulse Support Team.
