Describing your issue
When reporting a technical issue, please include the following information:
Using Unmind on desktop
- What is your computer's operating system? (e.g. Windows 10, macOS 11)
- What browser are you using? (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome)
Using the Unmind app
- What device are you using? (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9, iPhone 8)
- Are you using the app on mobile data or WiFi?
To help us figure out what's going on, please give as much description as possible. It will be particularly helpful if you have screenshots or screen recordings of the issue.
