When deleting your account, all of the data associated with your Unmind account will also be deleted, and you will not be able to reactivate your account.

If you are on desktop 🖥️
You can request to delete your account by submitting a request to the Unmind Technical Support team. We will ask you to confirm your details, and deactivate your account as soon as you reply.
If you are on the Unmind app📱
You can request for your account to be deleted directly in the app by following the instructions here.

Once we’ve processed your request, you will no longer be able to access your account and all data relating to your account will be deleted within 30 days after your account has been removed.
Please also be aware that if you've invited a friend, they will also lose access to the platform.
We will ask you for a little more information regarding your experience with Unmind and why you wish to delete your account, although sending us this feedback is not compulsory - we simply want to learn how to improve our product and services!
What does deleting your data entail?
The anonymisation process itself is automated. This means that user PII in our databases is either replaced with placeholder text (E.g. first name becomes "DELETED") or wiped out completely with null values. Additionally, API requests are made to all third party systems that we integrate with that contain any user data, to order them to delete that data. This ensures that all user data is sanitised appropriately and as efficiently as possible.
