Find out how we keep your information and identity confidential
⚠️ Please note ⚠️
Your employer has no access to information that can identify you as an individual.
They are only able to see aggregated information grouped together from everyone who is using Unmind in your organisation.
What your employer sees 👀
Registration📝
When you register with Unmind, you will need to provide identification to prove that you belong to your organisation. This information sits within our database, which your employer has no access to.
We only provide your employer with a total number of people who have registered.
Shorts/Courses ⚒️
We provide your employer with an anonymised breakdown of what the most popular Shorts/Courses are, and when people are using them most. We also tell them the total time people have been spending on Shorts and Courses.
At no point can your employer see what Shorts/Courses you are using, nor do they have any insight into your questionnaire results within the Courses.
Moods/Wellbeing 🙂
We provide your employer with the number of Moods and Wellbeing Trackers completed. For the Wellbeing Tracker, we also provide your employer with the average Wellbeing scores for everyone in your organisation.
Your employer cannot read the comments you’ve written on your Moods check-Ins.
Staying anonymous 👤
We do not provide any of this information to your employer if it risks anonymity. For example, if only a few people have completed a Wellbeing Questionnaire within a specific period, we will not show your employer an average Wellbeing score.
Why we provide this information💡
The information that we provide helps your employer understand how people within your organisation are engaging with Unmind. This then helps them to make proactive decisions in improving the mental wellbeing of you and your fellow colleagues.
