⚠️ Please note ⚠️
It is only possible to complete a Wellbeing tracker once every two weeks.
Getting started 👶
To access the Wellbeing section, click on the Track button located at the bottom right of your screen. If you're using the desktop version, you can find it in the top middle instead.
Once you've clicked on Track, look for the Get started button within the Wellbeing section.
You will be taken through a series of questions designed to measure the core areas of your wellbeing such as, Health, Happiness, Connection and Fulfilment.
The scores 🧪
Designed by clinical psychologists, our assessment measures seven core areas of wellbeing to help you identify those that need the most attention.
Your scores are benchmarked against population averages, powered by data from a scientific study run in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.
Your wellbeing assessment will display 7 scores organized into low, mid, and high ranges. These scores are divided into seven sections, each representing a different core area of your wellbeing.
We'd encourage you to use your scores to reflect on your mental wellbeing and to help inform any changes you'd like to make in order to boost this.
Recommendations 👉
To help you decide where to focus your attention, the Wellbeing Tracker will give you personalised recommendations for each of the core areas of your wellbeing.
To access your recommendations, simply click on the section you'd like to read.
Tracking your results 👀
Under the scores by sections, you will see a graph that shows the trend of your overall score over the last 3 months, compared to the population average.
This graph will only be visible if you have completed at least 2 Wellbeing Trackers in the last 3 months.
