Use our Mood Tracker feature to record and track your mood
The Moods section of Unmind allows you to record and track your mood. You can view the Mood Tracker as a way to help you monitor your wellbeing over a period of time.
How do I use the Mood Tracker?
Simply go to the Track icon at the bottom of your mobile device (or the top of your screen if using Unmind on your desktop).
Click on "Moods" and "Track your thoughts and feelings to reflect on your day."
You will then be able to select your overall mood, the feelings that describe your mood, and you can leave any comments to help you track your mood over time.
Why Track?
By tracking our thoughts and feelings day-to-day, we can understand what boosts or drains our wellbeing, and get a better sense of how to keep things level. The more we understand our mood, the better equipped we’ll be to improve it.
Who can see my entries?
Everything you enter when using the tracker is completely confidential - your employer has no access to any of this information. More on this can be found here.
How do I see my previous entries?
To see how your mood has changed over time, scroll down to find your average mood over the last month, as well as a breakdown of your moods.
Under the Moods Breakdowns section, you can get more details on the recent moods you've entered, along with the content of all your previous entries.
If you have any questions around the Mood Tracker, you can get in touch with us here.
