Introduction
Some organisations have firewalls (or proxies) that block website traffic. Sometimes Unmind and its dependent services need to be added to an “allowed” list to permit important (and safe) resources to pass through.
Unmind platform
We ask that you ensure the Unmind web platform and native mobile app is accessible on your employee’s work devices. To ensure the Unmind web platform is available, please allow the following URL
*.unmind.com.
To ensure the Unmind native mobile app is available on any mobile work device, you must make Unmind an approved app for your organisation.
Unmind emails
We send two types of email Transactional and Support/Marketing. Transactional emails can include for example initial validation, and forgotten password emails.
Support/Marketing emails can include campaign, and support emails from our Client Success team. To ensure deliverability of our emails please ensure (if applicable) you have safelisted/allowed the following sender domains.
Please note that the below domains contain wildcards and must be added as so. As these domains are unique, no communication outside of Unmind will be sent from these domains.

If your corporate IT operates IP based safelisting for sender domains then please ensure you allow the following IP addresses.
