What is the ‘Help’ section of Unmind?
The Help area of the Unmind platform signposts users to external mental health support services as well as your organisation-led mental health and wellbeing provisions. This is all hosted in one central place on the platform titled Help and accessed by the 'buoy' icon in the top right hand corner.
Below we’ve included an image which highlights how your Bespoke Help will appear on the platform.
As shown in the above image, we need information on your organisation's mental health and wellbeing provisions to create your Help content. Please provide details of the information you would like to be included in the Help section of your Unmind platform following the below format.
Location - Who can access this resource e.g. UK teams only.
Title/Resource - What is the name of the wellbeing provision e.g. Lifeworks EAP Summary - A subheading for the resource e.g. Your Employee Assistance Programme.
Text - Provide a description of what the resource encompasses e.g. Access to free-of-charge counselling.
Links/Numbers - Highlight any links, numbers and/or log in details so the team knows how to access the resource.
Using this table, please submit this to clientsupport@unmind.com and copy in your Client Success Manager at your earliest convenience. We will upload the content and ask you to review before go-live.
