Your employer will have agreed to a set number of free sessions per employee and this will vary from one organisation to another. You can book one session per week on Unmind.
The amount of sessions you have available to you will be visible to you on the platform. When you request or book a session with a practitioner, they will also be able to see how many sessions you have access to, and will plan their work with you accordingly.
The number of sessions you see in your Unmind account will update as you use your sessions. Please note that late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows count towards your sessions.

Self-Pay
Once you have used all of your free sessions you have the option to transition to Self-Pay. Self-Pay empowers you to seamlessly transition into private care, staying connected with the same practitioner, and continuing your journey without interruptions - even after reaching your employer funded session limit.

Requesting further sessions
In the instance that you need more sessions beyond your session limits, you should first discuss this with your practitioner. Your practitioner can then send a request to our Support Team.
Our team will pass on this request anonymously to your company, and we'll let your practitioner know the outcome.
Please note that we are unable to approve additional sessions until we have heard back from your employer.
