Introduction

Understanding what your employees need support with is key to building an effective wellbeing strategy. The Analytics Suite uses consistent categories across Nova sessions and reasons for booking Therapy & Coaching sessions, so you can see the full picture of what matters most to your employees.

  • Therapy & Coaching booking reasons come from users' self-reported needs when booking their first session with each practitioner (this is optional)
  • Nova categories are identified using AI classification of topics users raise in their messages.

Categories are grouped into three main types: Health & Wellbeing, Life Context, and Work to give visibility into workplace and personal issues. Since multiple categories can apply to one user, percentages won't add up to 100%. Categories with fewer than 6 users won't be displayed to prevent identification.

These categories are not diagnostic and reflect what users discuss or think they need support with, rather than verified clinical assessments.
