There are a number of ways you can join your Unmind Talk session.

You can join the session via the link in your app:

• Open your Unmind app and go to the "Talk" section. Here you will be able to see the next session that you have booked.
• Click on the Video Link under the session details.
• Enter your name into the text box and select Join.

You can join via the appointment invitation sent to you by email:

• Open the invitation email you received. Check you are joining the correct appointment.
• Click on Video Link.
• Enter your name into the text box and select Join.

You can join by adding the event to your calendar:

• In the invitation email, under the date and time of your appointment, select Add to and choose your calendar application.
• Press Save on the calendar invite page and you'll then be able to view the video link from your calendar, at the time of your appointment.
