Here are a couple of suggestions that should help you resolve any issues you experience:

Perform a "hard refresh" of your browser

A "hard refresh" is more than just hitting "Refresh" 🔄 in your browser. A hard refresh forces your browser to clear the browser cache and ensures that you see the latest version of that page.

The below steps explain how to perform a hard refresh depending on the computer and browser you use.

Windows computer + Google Chrome browser/Microsoft Edge browser

Control + Reload button OR Control + F5

Windows computer + Firefox browser

Control + Shift + R or Control + F5

Mac computer + Google Chrome browser/Firefox browser

Command + Shift + R OR Shift + Reload button

Mac computer + Safari browser

Option + Command + E

Update your web browser

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (three vertical buttons).
  3. Click Help > About Google Chrome.
  4. Click Update Google Chrome.
    • Important: If you can't find this button, you're on the latest version.
  5. Click Relaunch.

Safari

If a Safari update is available for your device, you can get it by updating or upgrading macOS, iOS, or iPadOS. These will include the most up-to-date version of Safari.

There are two ways you can check if your Safari browser needs to be updated:

  1. Open your App Store and go to "Updates" to check if Safari is in the list of updates.
  2. If you see "Safari" in this list, click "Update".

OR

  1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu , then click Software Update to check for updates.
  2. If any updates are available, click the Update Now button to install them. Or click “More info” to see details about each update and select specific updates to install. You might be asked to enter your administrator password.

Firefox

  1. On the menu bar click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox.
  2. The About Firefox window opens. Firefox will check for updates and download them automatically.
  3. When the download is complete, click "Restart to update Firefox".
